Prayer Material

Right now, in many different ways, the enemy is trying to get us to give in and give up. His plan is to silence us and break down our authority. But we have to push back. The enemy says, “Retreat!” God says, “Push back!” The Bible teaches us that God within us is greater than the enemy that is in the world (1 John 4:4).

So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. Isaiah 59:19 (NKJV)

Pray The Word

Pray and download these verses into your heart to see things from Heaven’s perspective:

  1. Father, we call to You that You may answer us and show us great and mighty things, which we do not yet know. (Jeremiah 33:3)

  2. Father God, we ask that You pour out Your Spirit on all flesh in the nations. May their sons and daughters prophesy, may their young men see visions, and their old men dream dreams. (Acts 2:17)

  3. Through You, Lord, we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand. We rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. (Romans 5:2)

  4. May we choose to set You, Lord Jesus, always before us. It is because You are at our right hand that we shall not be moved. Therefore our hearts are glad, and our glory rejoices. Our flesh also will rest in hope. (Psalm 16:8-9)

  5. We thank You, Father, that according to the riches of Your glory, we are strengthened with might through Your Spirit in our inner man. (Ephesians 3:16)

  7. When the enemy comes in like a flood in the world, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. (Isaiah 59:19)

  8. Lord, we will not lose heart because we believe that we will see Your goodness in the world. We pray that the nations will learn to wait on You, Lord, and be of good courage, for it is You who strengthens our hearts. (Psalm 27:13-14)

  9. May the nations choose to hide Your Word, Lord, in their hearts, that they might not sin against You. (Psalm 119:11)

  12. Thank you, Father, that everything hidden in the nations will eventually be brought into the open, and every secret will be brought to light. (Mark 4:22)

  13. You are great in counsel and mighty in work, Lord. Your eyes are open to all the ways of the people in the world. You give to each one according to their ways and according to the fruit of their doings. (Jeremiah 32:19)

  14. Your Word, God, teaches us to ask if we lack wisdom. By faith, we ask and receive Your wisdom, which You give to all liberally and without reproach. (James 1:5)

  15. Lord, we will not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, we will let our requests for the nations be made known to You. (Philippians 4:6)

Week 1

Week 1

1. Access the Higher Realm

Darkness might be coming over the earth and the nations, but there is a people connected to God’s higher realm in the midst of it. They are focused on God, who is in constant peace. God’s character is peace (Galatians 5:22), and He has the foresight we need (Daniel 2:28). God is everything we need during uncertainty because He is our certainty.

The body of Christ must always walk in the Spirit and not just when facing trials, tribulations, and persecution. We must not passively wait for things to happen before we cry out to God for guidance. We need God’s vision now for the future of the world. Moses was in preparation for 40 years before God sent him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. God prepares us ahead of time to be proactive and not reactive.

Through Him also we have [our] access (entrance, introduction) by faith into this grace (state of God’s favor) in which we [firmly and safely] stand. And let us rejoice and exult in our hope of experiencing and enjoying the glory of God. Romans 5:2 (AMPC)

2. Press 'Enter'

  • The individuals who will walk in God’s power are the ones who understand this simple key: “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty” (Psalm 91:1). Do you dwell in the secret place?

  • Things in the world are getting tougher, and the intensity of obstacles is increasing. When we focus on God, we access heavenly places in Him, and He directs us. In His presence, we receive peace and authority from God that will benefit the nations.

PRAY: Heavenly Father, teach us to consistently dwell in the secret place with You, that we may abide in the shadow of Your might during these uncertain times. Amen

3. Agents of Change

God did not call us into a perfect world. He put us in a chaotic, sinful world because He wants to display His character and personality (Galatians 5:22-23) through us and provide solutions for the problems we face in the world. God can use us if we are willing to give our lives to Him in prayer and live for Him and His Kingdom. God wants us to have a constant connection with Him through prayer because He wants to reveal His glory in the nations and our lives.

And behold, the glory and brilliance of the God of Israel was coming from the way of the east; and His voice was like the sound of many waters, and the earth shone with His glory. Ezekiel 43:2 (AMP)

4. Pray for the World

Set time aside and pray that the nations will abide in God’s presence.

Week 2

Week 2

1. Secure Connection

Satan wants us to meditate on all the problems and obstacles we are facing in the world, but instead, we must choose to meditate on the Word of God (Psalm 1:1-3). Through these distractions, he tries to disconnect us from the secret place of the Most High (Psalm 91:1). We have to get out of the realm of our flesh with all its distractions (Galatians 5:19-21) and remain connected to God’s glory realm because the Bible teaches us that the Spirit produces life, while the flesh destroys it (John 6:63).

God wants us to have the mind of Christ (Philippians 2:5) so that when we are facing pressures, storms and oppositions, we learn to abide in Him continually, and He abides in us.

I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; my flesh also will rest in hope. Psalm 16:8-9 (NKJV)

2. Walk in Love

  • If the enemy cannot strike you in your thoughts or emotions, he will work through external factors. But the more you choose to remain in God’s presence, the safer you will be.

  • When facing great difficulties, you will find the strength you need in His presence. Do you consistently choose to abide and rest in Him regardless of what you see happening in the world?

PRAY: Lord, we thank You that You have granted us access to Your presence. Thank You for the peace and protection You provide when we abide in You. Amen

3. Agents of Change

When the children of Israel were released out of Egypt, they faced a dilemma upon dilemma and crisis upon crisis. In the midst of it all, they had security in God’s glory and His presence. His Spirit went with them.

We need to be the ones who are watching and praying for the nations. If we want God to fill us with His Spirit, we must not give the devil access to our hearts or bodies. Through prayer and fasting, we allow God to fill our inner man and get into that place where we find comfort in His glory and His presence and nothing else.

May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]. Ephesians 3:16 (AMPC)

4. Pray for the World

Set time aside and pray that the nations will abide in God’s presence.

Week 3

Week 3

1. Downloading...

God wants to open the heavens over the nations at this time. The Holy Spirit wants to come down, but we have to give Him access. The key is in the secret place. When the enemy intimidates us, we have to choose to press into the secret place. It is in that place where God will give us the keys and the boldness to face situations.

We have to operate from a position of authority in Him and release what is in Heaven into the earth. In the secret place, He downloads His character into us. People will then see the Spirit of God inside of us—His mindset, solutions, and strategies for the nations.

“But [the time is coming when] the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” Habakkuk 2:14 (AMP)

2. Personal Hot Spot

  • The apostles prayed powerful prayers even when the darkness was coming against them. They prayed with fervor, zeal and fearlessness. They pressed into God’s presence which released God’s authority, and the Holy Spirit came down (Acts 1:14). How can you pray more fervently?

  • God wants His tangible presence to fill our inner man. The key is to abide in Him consistently and daily. When you connect with God, don’t allow the connection to be disrupted. For example, turn your phone off when you pray; find a place where you can be alone with God.

PRAY: Holy Spirit, give us hearts that want to prioritize the secret place so that we may enjoy uninterrupted communion with You throughout the day. Amen

3. Agents of Change

David writes in Psalm 63:6-7: “When I remember You upon my bed and meditate on You in the night watches. For You have been my help, and in the shadow of Your wings will I rejoice.” The secret to David’s connection was in the secret place of his bedroom. He sought the face of God daily, and in that place, God brought the protection and the covering of His wings.

The overshadowing presence of God releases His favor. He covers us with His wings, which is His Word, His Holy Spirit, and His power, and we become intertwined with Him. Dwelling in the secret place must be a lifestyle of habitually abiding under the wings of the Lord (Psalm 91:4). When we abide in the glory of God, we will become a door of hope to the nations.

Who shall go up into the mountain of the Lord? Or who shall stand in His Holy Place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted himself up to falsehood or to what is false, nor sworn deceitfully. Psalm 24:3-4 (AMPC)

4. Pray for the World

Set time aside and pray that the nations will abide in God’s presence.

Week 4

Week 4

1. Supernatural Solutions

Job had access to secrets and the hidden knowledge of God. Everywhere he went, he was a solution to problems (Job 29:2-17). When you are in the flesh, there is panic, fear, anxiety, stress and worry. When you shift your focus to God, the All-things-are-possible One, you get a download from Heaven—a supernatural solution.

2. Open Access

  • “Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand).” Jeremiah 33:3 (AMPC)

  • Have you called upon the Lord and asked Him to give you His wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, and knowledge? (Isaiah 11:2)

PRAY: Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, and knowledge. We receive it now by faith in Jesus name. Amen

3. Agents of Change

Following God and being obedient to His Spirit will cause us to take great faith steps because, without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). Some people don’t wait long enough in the presence of God. They get frustrated because they do not have the patience to enter into that place of rest in God (Psalm 62:1-2).

When we enter into that secret place of the Most High, and we are not truly connected to Him, we might only receive a partial download or nothing at all. We need to learn to patiently wait on the Lord in prayer and fasting to download supernatural solutions from God for the nations.

I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait on the Lord, be of good courage and He shall strengthen your heart. Wait, I say, on the Lord! Psalm 27:13-14 (NKJV)

4. Pray for the World

Set time aside and pray that the nations will abide in God’s presence.

Week 5

Week 5

1. The Kingdom Network

God’s glory and presence are not going to come in a physical temple or building but through the body of His Church. He will connect us with like-minded believers. The Last Day Church understands that they have to connect to Him instead of their feelings and emotions. When we disconnect from the voices (emotions, people’s opinions) that want to confuse and intimidate us, we connect to the voice of God, and He will download the weight of His glory into our inner man and give us what we need.

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment poured on the head, that ran down on the beard, even the beard of Aaron [the first high priest], that came down upon the collar and skirts of his garments [consecrating the whole body]. Psalm 133:1-2 (AMPC)

2. Download from Heaven

  • God wants to pour out His Spirit and give us downloads to bring change in the world. Remember that His ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9), and He is always there to prosper us and not harm us (Jeremiah 29:11). How are you preparing for a download from the Lord?

  • Take security in God’s promise that He works all things together for a greater good, even that which the enemy meant for harm (Romans 8:28). Partnering with God will allow you to experience this personally and in the nations.

PRAY: Lord, we choose to partner with You and to walk in unity in the Church. Anoint us to remain connected to You and to receive supernatural solutions for the nations as downloads from Heaven. Amen

3. Agents of Change

Jesus is the wealth of Heaven. It is not physical wealth, but it is His Word, His thoughts, and charac- ter. When the enemy tries to come against us, the wealth of Heaven stands up against him (Philippians 4:19). The more we pray God’s Word, the more of God’s power will be downloaded into us, which will help us bring change in the nations (John 17:17).

Our conviction is a powerful force. It is not just about what we say because if we quote the Word of God, but we don’t believe it, it has no substance in our lives. It is not about carrying the Bible everywhere we go (2 Corinthians 3:6), but becoming the Bible by meditating on the Word of God, making it a reality, and being agents of prayer and change in the world.

I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you. I praise you, O Lord; teach me your decrees. I have recited aloud all the regulations you have given us. I have rejoiced in your laws as much as in riches. I will study your commandments and reflect on your ways. I will delight in your decrees and not forget your word. Psalm 119:11-16 (NLT)

4. Pray for the World

Set time aside and pray that the nations will abide in God’s presence.
